Le Sud-Ouest brings very different eras side by side. Pointe-Saint-Charles, Saint-Henri, Côte-Saint-Paul and Ville-Émard still have plenty of row plexes with outdoor staircases and balconies over the back lanes. Little Burgundy mixes older homes with newer housing, while Griffintown has filled up with condo towers in recent years. Windows here range from small plex sliders all the way to floor-to-ceiling condo glass, each with its own needs.

In plexes, the back windows and the doors onto lane-side balconies are often the most neglected, even though they're usually the most exposed. In Griffintown towers, trouble tends to show up in large fixed panels and balcony patio doors. Those doors get a tempered-glass unit; everywhere else, argon and Low-E cut heat loss. Either way, we replace the sealed unit only and leave your frame in place.

On many residential streets in the Sud-Ouest, parking is permit-only, so if you have a visitor permit or a spot in the yard, let us know.
