Information we collect
Quote form: name, email, phone (optional), requested service and message. This information is used only to answer your request and prepare your quote.
Analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics collects anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, device type, referrer). Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set.
Service providers and transfers
Forms are sent through Formspree and analytics are provided by Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside Québec; we chose them for their data protection commitments.
Retention
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to follow up on your file, then deleted no later than [TO COMPLETE: period] after the last contact.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@thermosmontreal.com. We reply within 30 days.
